Ushuaïa Ibiza is the island’s open-air powerhouse, where beachside beats meet global superstardom. Launched in 2011 on the golden stretch of Playa d’en Bossa, it redefined Ibiza nightlife by flipping the script—day parties instead of midnight starts. Now, it’s one of the most recognizable venues in the world, drawing thousands to its poolside stage for high-voltage DJ sets under the sun.

Expect massive LED walls, pyrotechnics, VIP cabanas, and a dancefloor that blurs into the beach. The vibe? Pure hedonism with a polished finish. Whether you’re chasing underground grooves or mainstage chaos, Ushuaïa delivers spectacle at every turn.

Best for: Daytime raving, EDM superstars, outdoor stages, big-room production, luxury cabanas

Must-experience nights:

  • ANTS – Saturdays built for the underground, with deep tech, dark visuals, and relentless basslines
  • Martin Garrix Thursdays – Euphoric EDM bombs with Ibiza’s youngest royalty
  • Tomorrowland presents Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike – Peak energy. Confetti, fire, and a mainstage takeover
  • Calvin Harris – Tuesdays drenched in funk, pop, and chart-topping chaos

Ushuaïa, by the Alphabet

A sun-kissed symphony in letters. And logistics.

  • U is for Ultra-VIP beds – front-row thrones by the stage, where bottle parades come with sparklers and the crowd feels like a movie.
  • S is for Start early – doors swing open in daylight. First beat by 5pm, last drop by midnight.
  • H is for Headliners only – Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix, and ANTS rule the season. No fillers. Just chart-toppers and underground royalty.
  • U is also for Under the sky – no roof, no rules. Just lights, lasers, and starlit chaos.
  • A is for Age limit – strictly 18+. You’ll need ID, even if you look like you belong in Vogue.
  • Ï is for Ïbiza glam – beachwear, but make it runway. No flip-flops, no boring.
  • A again, for After-parties – while Ushuaïa closes by midnight, the story continues across the street at Hï Ibiza. Yes, that’s intentional.

Navigate your way inside Ushuaïa Ibiza

Entrance (Main gates, Playa d’en Bossa side)

You’ll enter just past the Ushuaïa Hotel lobby. Security checks for tickets and IDs happen here. Once you’re in, the bass hits immediately. Turn right for the dance floor, or left for the poolside scene.

Main dance floor (Front stage area)

This is where the headliners drop their biggest sets. It’s open-air, no roof, and built for full-throttle energy. The floor wraps around the stage and pool, so wherever you stand, you're part of the action. Lasers, pyrotechnics, and LED blasts light up the space after sunset.

Pool area (Left of entrance)

Ushuaïa’s iconic pool is more for performance than swimming. Surrounded by daybeds and performers on platforms, it doubles as a stage extension. Expect dancers in the water and camera-ready moments on all sides. It’s where the party starts mellow and ends wild.

VIP zones (Flanking the dance floor and upper terrace)

On the left (facing the stage), VIP tables offer elevated views and a clear line to the DJ. The right side is closer to the pool, great for people-watching. All VIP areas come with bottle service, private bars, fast-track entry, and security. There's also rooftop access for guests at The Ushuaïa Tower—perfect for balcony-view partying.

Bars (Multiple across the venue)

You’ll find bars near the entrance, behind the pool, and along the left-hand wall. Expect queues to build after 10pm, so get your drinks early. The entire venue is cashless—tap to pay is the norm. Basic drinks start at €10, cocktails are €20+.

Greek Mediterranean restaurant with outdoor seating and view of Acropolis, Athens.

Restrooms (Main floor + VIP sections)

The first restrooms are to the right of the entrance, beside the early bars. Additional ones sit near VIP terraces. Early on, they’re spotless. After 2am? A bit messier. VIP wristbands grant access to cleaner, crowd-free facilities.

The Ushuaïa Tower (Exclusive hotel access)

Guests staying at Ushuaïa’s hotel have separate entry—either through the back or directly from their room floors. Suites facing the stage double as personal VIP balconies, giving you front-row views from your private terrace.
